Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed after business hours or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5–10 business days
  • International Shipping: 10–20 business days (delivery times may vary by destination)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to the United States and select international countries.
  • If your country is not available at checkout, we unfortunately do not ship to that location at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

ThePowhari LLC is not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to international orders. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly first.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
